I had to find a salesperson as no one approached me. Then I was interested in one vehicle, but was given another to test drive. I had asked what they would give me for our trade-in and was told "we hav Then I was interested in one vehicle, but was given another to test drive. I had asked what they would give me for our trade-in and was told "we have a process" and would get it THEN. THEN came at contract signing time. I have never seen any process like this!! Of course, the trade-in value was lower than we expected. And then because we are eligible for a military discount, a military ID (visual) has always been sufficient. No, not for this dealer. They had to have a copy of the DD214!! This is full of comfidential information! On the upside, we got our 2 mini-IPads, but that's a whole other story. Never will we do business here again! More

I have been buying vehicles for about 30 years now ,, And It was THE WORST car shopping experience WE EVER had ,,once they received your check for the car ! They acted like they were done dealing with you since they already had your money !! They Didn't have time for you anymore ! Their tactics of selling a vehicle are very pushy and RUDE ! If it was for not the price ,,we would of WALKED AWAY ! IT IS NOT worth wasting your time going to this dealership !!
