Great dealership as far as service, just overpriced. Unfortunately, I get somewhere else for major repairs. Unfortunately, I get somewhere else for major repairs. More

I left a previous review which highlighted a lot of issues with how our warranty repairs were handled. Once Ariel got involved, things went much better. It took 3 different times of our vehicle being t issues with how our warranty repairs were handled. Once Ariel got involved, things went much better. It took 3 different times of our vehicle being there in all between further assessments after confirming the warranty details. We were quoted a price the second time we picked up our vehicle as the warranty copay and paid the price quoted. On the paperwork I had printed and brought in it said $250 so I questioned it and was told no, it was $100. That’s what we paid at pick up for trip 2 and was told we owed no more as it was all being submitted to the warranty on the same ticket. Once the additional parts were in they had us bring it back in. They wanted us to leave it again for several days but I had been told on trip 2 that we could wait for it (about 2 hours). With some back and forth they said they could get it in and out same day and offer me a ride to and from work. I asked if when they picked me up they brought the vehicle to me or brought be back to the dealership to pick it up and it was said then that we had already paid so if they had the staffing to send 2 people they’d bring the vehicle to me. I was able to work it out with my husband’s schedule for him to help me drop it off and get me to work and it was done early enough for him to pick it up and then pick me up from work. When he went to pick it up, having not been the one who’d dealt with the other 2 pick ups, he was asked to and paid $250. I called after finding out he’d paid them another fee and was explained our copay on the warranty was in fact $250 but they messed up and would refund since they had confirmed the amount and confirmed it was paid, but the ticket was closed so they needed to call Me back today (the next day) once they found out how to do the refund with a closed ticket. I got a call today telling me they would only refund me the $100 I originally paid because $250 is what was supposed to be due. Once I got off work I called back asking to speak to a manager, as we did not budge for additional costs by this point as it had been confirmed to be $100 which was paid. After back and forth with Jessica and the GM, it was stated that if I updated my review then they would refund the $250. I checked Google and Facebook and thought they meant a Facebook post I made with our experience. No. They meant the review we were solicited for by texting us asking to tell them about our experience it came up like a survey you’d fill out for a company and not something I even knew was being posted to correlate. That was figured out when my husband showed up for the refund and I was told I hadn’t “fixed” my review. As promised, I am adding to the review I left. In short, Ariel was fantastic. No further dealings with Barbara to speak if there was improvement. Jessica was helpful and I feel bad that she was left as a go between for them to rectify this situation. GM Antonio agreed to making things right under the condition I’d update my review and I was forward that it would be factual. More
