This is the second time I had greasy handprints not only on the outside of my door, but also on my TAN leather seats. Also there was a cover under my driver’s seat I believe to the accessory battery that wa on the outside of my door, but also on my TAN leather seats. Also there was a cover under my driver’s seat I believe to the accessory battery that was removed and sliding around my vehicle. Very aggravating and less than acceptable for someone to treat my property with less the average care. I will not be recommending this dealership. Ariel was professional. More

Called and made an appointment. They told us we could wait on it. When we got there they say it would take at least 4 hours and it would be best if we brought it back the next morni They told us we could wait on it. The customer service rep was friendly and professional. I had two problems: the DEF Regeneration not working and the tag lights remaining ON when the truck was off. The light issue was suspected to be I had two problems: the DEF Regeneration not working and the tag lights remaining ON when the truck was off. The light issue was suspected to be a BCU issue and a new one was ordered. The DEF regen was forced reset before any more parts were ordered. Per RAM the truck had to be driven 200 miles to verify the reset "held" before any more parts were ordered. The first issue came when the I was told they had to keep the truck there because you weren't suppose to drive it with a bad BCU. After about five days I was told I could drive the truck to get the 200 miles - which I did and the engine check light remained OFF. So this issue was closed. The BCU took a long time to come in and when it did it was swapped out - and even though the mechanic said it was fixed (even after testing it five times) the tag lights remained ON. The customer service rep got another tech to look at the issue and he found a bad connector on the wire harness. Because I needed the truck he did a work-a-round to temporarily fix the light issue but a new wire harness is on order and I have an appointment to come back and fix the light issue rightly. My concern is why I had to pay for a very expensive BCU when that didn't fix the issue in the first place. And that made me wonder if it was even replaced in the first place. Trust in the work done is very important so I'll be interested to see how this plays out. More
