I do not care for this dealership. It takes WAY to long to do simple oil change. If my appointment is at 10 my vehicle should be done by no later then 10:45 and that’s being generous i It takes WAY to long to do simple oil change. Law to Dodge has a great service department that puts their customers first. They are friendly and courteous. Should always be room for improvements. I don't know what can be improved, ask your employees. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by smiling faces. Everyone was in a good mood.
