Good service nice people clean place. but they sent me a paper saying my factory warranty is up I got 13000 miles and I paid 9dollars extra a month for the platinum package 7yrs and 100000 but they sent me a paper saying my factory warranty is up I got 13000 miles and I paid 9dollars extra a month for the platinum package 7yrs and 100000 miles coverage and 5yrs free oil changes I have the contract in my truck.i would appreciate not receiving another one.i know wat coverage I have thx so much More

I brought my 2005 Dodge Ram truck to be serviced for an issue but source unknown. I brought it to the dealer as I was willing to pay extra, nearly double a common mechanic, to have the issue diagnosed cor issue but source unknown. I brought it to the dealer as I was willing to pay extra, nearly double a common mechanic, to have the issue diagnosed correctly and fixed properly. Well, $1,400 and 3 plus weeks of keeping my truck, I am still having the same issue, only worse. I have to bring it back again since they have already done so much and know “where they are at” in the repair process. Furthermore, they are short staffed and can’t give me a timeline after already having my truck so long already. Now I am told it may be a bad coil connection, which wasn’t checked when they changed my spark plugs. More
