Great oil change. It was free with our purchase of truck. Was asked if we also wanted the tire rotation. Usually a tire rotation is a standard thing included in an oil It was free with our purchase of truck. Was asked if we also wanted the tire rotation. Usually a tire rotation is a standard thing included in an oil change. We were made to beleive no different. We were not told it would be an extra cost(as we went in only to get the free oil change). Went to desk to checkout a f were told we owed money for the rotation. Not happy nor pleased with that part of our experience. People should be made aware of a service costing something "extra". More

While the original requested service only took a reasonable time, the upsell service could not be completed in a reasonable timeframe. After a nearly one-hour wait, I told the service advisor that reasonable time, the upsell service could not be completed in a reasonable timeframe. After a nearly one-hour wait, I told the service advisor that I would have the additional service at a later date ( they were still waiting for delivery of a filter ). When I attempted to leave the facility, I found my seat adjustment would not work correctly. Bottom line is the service rep returned my vehicle to the service area, fixed the seat adjustment problem, and since the upsell filter had now arrived, installed it at no charge - just for the trouble and aggravation. I’m definite a happy customer. More
