Took our Jeep in was told they need to about 3000 dollars work on it to get it running again. We ask for all replaced part to be given back to use when work was done. Did not get any part back plus within 48 work on it to get it running again. We ask for all replaced part to be given back to use when work was done. Did not get any part back plus within 48 hr the check engine light came back on and it was making funny noise. We call back and was told that we need to bring it back in and they would only charge us 165 dollars to check it out. When we did bring it back in ,now they said they need to do more work on it and it would be another 685 dollars. When your people check out a vehicle do they just keep replacing part until they get it running. Would not recommend your dealership to anyone who need work on their vehicle.also every time I have taken my vehicle to your shop they had told me since I did not buy it there they can not give us a loaner. More
