The work took a long time & I was not kept update to date on the progress of my car. When I picked up my car it pulled severely to the right which it was not doing when I dropped it off. Stay away. After having appointment there, it took a complete day to fix an 2 hour problem. Need more mechanics or better scheduling patrons. Honestly disappointed in the service department and probably wouldn’t go back. I never once received an ETA on when it would be completed. The clerk called me once and informed me I would get an ETA be probably wouldn’t go back. I never once received an ETA on when it would be completed. When I received my truck the hood has what appeared to be grease or oil coated on it and there was dirt all over the interior window sill. Other then that I suppose the repairs went well and they handled everything with the warranty company well. Would be nice if whoever works on the vehicle and gets it dirty cleans it up. More
