First let me start off by saying the service advisor working with me, Danielle Fleming, was absolutely amazing. Every time I called or came in to check on the status of my vehicle, she pointed me in the working with me, Danielle Fleming, was absolutely amazing. Every time I called or came in to check on the status of my vehicle, she pointed me in the right direction and did not give me the run around. I tremendously appreciate the hard work and dedication she put forth to ensure the service on my vehicle was completely in a very timely manner. From what I have seen, Danielle has an outstanding work ethic and performs her job with the utmost professionalism. I would definitely recommend anyone to see her if they need any services on their vehicles in the future. The only down side to my experience I was subject to was lack of service technicians. The three times I went to retrieve something from my vehicle, I only ever saw one gentleman working in there with at least five active services being performed. I do understand with the COVID-19 issues that are still going on and the lack of interested people willing to work, it does put a hinderance on companies as far a workload is concerned. Other than that I can not say enough good things about Danielle and the amazing job she is doing for that dealership. More
