Ms. Cecily helped me out with my oil leakage issue. I called to get my dodge in but the customer service phone representative was not able to get me in to get my oil leak fixed. I figured of a person cal called to get my dodge in but the customer service phone representative was not able to get me in to get my oil leak fixed. I figured of a person calls with an issue like mine since I was just in there for service I would have a little priority or attention to get it fixed but this wasn't the case. I decided to come in after my appointment and Cecily helped me right away. My vehicle was in and the techs fixed the issue and I was there less than 30 min. I appreciate service like that.
