We had a pretty good experience we bought a new jeep and everything went well they didn’t do the best job washing it, it had dirt and dirt marks here and there but that is something we can fix ourselves oth everything went well they didn’t do the best job washing it, it had dirt and dirt marks here and there but that is something we can fix ourselves other then that everything was great! Customer service was garbage. The service advisor highly lacked in communication skills. I would try and call to get updates on my vehicles status in the shop, and eric wouldnt answer nor return phone calls lacked in communication skills. I would try and call to get updates on my vehicles status in the shop, and eric wouldnt answer nor return phone calls. I would only get very vague answers when I would walk in, and also would be told that I would receive a phone call later that day with an update, of which never would happen. This whole experience was rather frustrating and for this experience i will be taking my vehicles elsewhere to ha e mechanical work done outside of the free oil changes that i got with the purchase of my last vehicle. More
