...OK, ok...This is my 2nd visit.1st time was last ...OK, ok... This is my 2nd visit. 1st time was last ...( don't remember, I'm old ). Met with the lady in the lobby area, then with a salesman, th ...OK, ok... This is my 2nd visit. 1st time was last ...( don't remember, I'm old ). Met with the lady in the lobby area, then with a salesman, then the sales manager. Although all were very young ( as a result they will remember when I was there ) they knew their jobs, Polite, Knowledgeable, Professional ( although I forgot why I was there, I'm old ) 2nd time I was there was to get an oil change on my Jeep. Everyone was Efficient, Polite. I arrived at 11am for a 11:30 apt.time. When I arrived the Gentle man that took my information, understood that ( as I advised ) I was very important, and they should get me " in & out " as fast as possible. They did. One last comment..when I pulled in, I recognized from my last visit, your sales manager..I stopped, got out, said a few words. Then he said," let's met up so you can buy me a beer". Unfortunately, Mr.Santos forgot, it was I that said, the 1st time I was there, " you guys need TO TAKE ME OUT for a few beers ". But that's "OK"...we all forget, once in awhile. Hopefully I've been able to write 25 words...if I'm any words short...let me know...and I'll add more (words ). More
