Terrible... unacceptable . This was the worst experience I have ever had. I dropped my vehicle off 2 days before my service appointment. My appointment was at 1030 on the 31st. At 330 that day I call to see what was going on with my my vehicle off 2 days before my service appointment. My appointment was at 1030 on the 31st. At 330 that day I call to see what was going on with my car, because when I dropped it off a gentleman named Erik told me they would run diagnostic on it and call me to let me know before any repairs would be done, when I called the lady that answered the phone couldn't find my car because Erik nor the person that set the appointment up when called updated my phone number in the system when I gave it to both of them since the number they had was no longer correct. Once she found my car she told me the tech was sending me the report right then. I never received that report. With the next day being a holiday and the weekend I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited to call for it again on monday the 4th. Once again when I called they couldn't find my vehicle, they finally found it in the truck center and once again were sending me the report right then. I never received that report either. An hour and a half after I called on the 4th my husband called because I still had not received the diagnostic report on my vehicle and once again they could not find it and told my husband they would send him the report to which he asked if they could just tell him on the phone right then since they had already told me that twice and never sent it. They told him it was a sensor and they had one in stock and the price. My husband told them to go ahead and replace it, they told him they would that day and we would have the car back that evening or the next morning. The next day on the 5th, my husband showed up around 2 in the afternoon because they never called to tell us it was ready and once AGAIN they could not find my car nor did they do the work on it. When I got there about 10 minutes after my husband they told him the found my car in the truck lot and that they would go get it for us which was a lie because I saw my car as soon as I pulled on the lot and it was parked right by the service center. When I got in my vehicle they seat were all the way back and leaned back and everything that was in the front of my car when i dropped it off was now in the front passenger seat floor board. As i drove my car to another mechanic shop to get the work done I heard clanking sounds in my backseat so when i got there i look to see what it was and my entire back seat was covered in papers and make up, all kinds of stuff. While I was looking at it I notice my sister's name on some of the papers so i looked in my trunk and found that the bag all of my sister's stuff was no longer there and all of her stuff was scattered throughout my car if not some of it missing because I dont know exactly all that she had in that bag. After i dropped my car off at the other mechanic shop i drove back to the dealership and told Erik i wanted to know exactly who worked on my car while it was there and he sent someone to get his manager tony. When told came put he told me that Erik and Tim were the people that worked on my car but that there was no way they would have done that to my car and they someone else must have gone through it. When I asked who and how he told me that they cant keep my car in the shop 24/7 and that it must have happened when it was parked outside. I told him it was obvious it was someone that had access to my key and car since it wasn't broke into and asked him if they parked my car why it didn't get locked. Tony's response was they he couldn't explain that and he would happily clean my car for me when I got it from the other shop. I will not be bringing my car in to be cleaned since they already "lost" it 3 times and went through mine and my sister's belongings while it was in their care. I will also never be doing business with this establishment again nor recommending them to anyone. I would hate myself if I recommended them to someone and they get the same horrible service and experience that I got. More
Just an oil change this time but really fast service and I like the recommendations sent to my phone while I was waiting but I also like getting the inspection copy. Forgot to ask for it. I went in to get the oil changed in my 2020 Ram. The service tech forgot to put the additive in. So I called the next morning after I looked at my paperwork. I had to drive 1.5 hrs to get the additive added in. Eric the supervisor over the shop told me this would not affect my warranty. I was happy with this. He did not charge me for the additive. This made up for the fuel I was out for the extra drive. More

Rotated my tires yet did not put air in my tire. Drove off the lot with a 23 PSI, That is not in the least bit safe.
