Horrible experience this last time. First, they tried to push an insane amount of extra services. Second I was told I had to walk down to the Truck service center. Now mind you it isn’t far but I’m a custo push an insane amount of extra services. Second I was told I had to walk down to the Truck service center. Now mind you it isn’t far but I’m a customer and you should’ve been willing to give a ride. Upon arrival at the service center I was hit with my invoice which I then paid but for some reason they had no cash/change in hand... At this point you could imagine my frustration so I told them to keep the change and got out of there. Absolutely terrible experience hey but at least they changed my oil, flushed the transmission, and did a coolant flush for $840!!! Stealership do not go here!!!! More

Really appreciate the fantastic customer service. The oil changes are top notch and completed in a timely manner.
