I can not give a good review on the service I received from the service department the warranty was denied by Chrysler Jeep and dodge of Lawton and when I took it to Byford they diagnosed the problem co from the service department the warranty was denied by Chrysler Jeep and dodge of Lawton and when I took it to Byford they diagnosed the problem correctly and it was covered under warranty , Mayb the service department could learn a few pointers about working with their customers and making them happy so they dont have to somewhere else More

Scheduled an oil change online. But, seemed to not show up on the tablet. They did take my vehicle in a timely manner. I felt very pressured in taking the extra additives. " If you don't use these it will up on the tablet. They did take my vehicle in a timely manner. I felt very pressured in taking the extra additives. " If you don't use these it will void your warranty". This was never mentioned when you purchase the insurance on your vehicle. All in all im not sure I'll return for service at this dealer. I dont like the pushy add ons. More
