I personally texted Jim, customer representative, twice and spoke once over the phone once on July 9th when Jim asked to keep my car over the weekend to which I answered “yes.” I had no response after the weekend either by text or phone for four days. On Friday, July 17th, I decided to visit the facility and check on the status of my vehicle. At which time, I was informed Jim had been on vacation since Tuesday, July 14th. Absolutely, nothing was done to my vehicle the entire time it sat at your facility. Nor did I receive any communication regarding the status of my vehicle. Therefore I asked for my keys and left.
