I have always been treated nicely and have had any questions or concerns answered promptly by the service department. Whether it's been about our 2014 Jeep or with our 2004 PT Cruiser which the servic questions or concerns answered promptly by the service department. Whether it's been about our 2014 Jeep or with our 2004 PT Cruiser which the service department helped get it back up and running over a year ago. I asked the service writer what type of oil is being installed with my oil change and she did not know. The service writer asked the parts department manager and his reply was "what ever comes in the bu installed with my oil change and she did not know. The service writer asked the parts department manager and his reply was "what ever comes in the bulk truck". This leads me to question what kind of oil did I get. I was also advised that I have to install BG MOA oil conditioner. This was a 20 dollar cost to a so called free oil change. More
