Never again Where to start... Took my Jeep (still under warranty) to them at about 7:30am for a Service. Stated that it was overheating and the E-brake seemed a b Where to start... Took my Jeep (still under warranty) to them at about 7:30am for a Service. Stated that it was overheating and the E-brake seemed a bit spongy. Figured that I would here something later that day. Service on my high end vehicle takes about 1/2 a day. No call anytime that day and late afternoon into the second day. So I called them. Got no call back about my vehicle. The next morning (Day 3) around 10:00 I get a text about my Jeep. Not a call, a text. They were still looking at the overheating. I finally call them afternoon trying to figure out what the deal is. Anyway, they say it needs a new thermostat and it isn't covered under warranty. Fine, after 3 days I could care less. Finish the service and get me back my Jeep. Oh and later, the water pump is leaking. It's all a blur from here, I am so angry. I know they weren't getting the pump and thermostat until Friday morning. So again, figuring it would be late afternoon, and I could get it back. Nope, it was Monday. Anyway , my service cost me $650 in the long run. Noticed they rotated the tires on it (as they should have according to the service), but nothing about the e-brake. I asked about it, I was told it takes too long and is too difficult to adjust the e-brake. But the tech noticed it was spongy and decided to do nothing. Secondly there is no way in xxxx the tires were rotated. Same spare and there was NO disturbance of dirt on the other 4 wheels. Never again will I use them or purchase anything from them. Oh and it still smells like coolant and overheats. If I could rate it a negative number I would. More
Truck was 5 stars but customer service 0 stars. Was over charged for step rails and Sales manger Jorge has no time to call back and make it right. They charged me for running boards but I wanted tubular step rails. About a 400.00 difference, spoke with Tanner who said he gave Jorge the message 3 times and yet to receive a call. Terrible customer service. Would not do business with them and would not recommend them. More
