This was done as a contactless service. Willsey brought Tech with him. They picked up my Jeep to take it to LCJD to get serviced. I was kept informed by Erik of the items they performed and when completed, I paid over the phone. Was contacted that they were bringing my Jeep back to me ~ even wiped down everything touched in my Jeep. Easy peesy! Kudos to all as I may not know all the names that were involved! More

First time Use of Services! Service was great. Quite caught off guard by the extra chargers I thought were included in my warranted oil change. I could buy my own gas treatment Service was great. Some time employees don't realize that Some customers have no idea about services and maintenance. I'm a 61 year old disabled female and thought my services were all covered but still found out after my service was done that I owed on the services. Just wish they had took the time to explain. I though tire rotation was include in the "extra" warranty on my car when I purchased it. More
My son took his car (That’s In My Name) to be serviced at Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. The Service department called and told my son on two different occasions the condition of the vehicle and made sugge Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. The Service department called and told my son on two different occasions the condition of the vehicle and made suggestions on repairs. My son gave them permission to fix the oil leak and coolant cord leak. The service dept also included repairs like brakes, transmission flush and etc to the tune of $2k. Long story short, the dealership made some of the repairs on our car to say afterwards that the motor was gone and the head gaskets were blown. I have always told my son to take the car to the dealership whom we could trust instead of small repair shops. I feel during this epic time in history, Covid-19 my son was taking advantage of at this dealership. He was Charged to fix things on a motor that was no longer operable. This dealership treated my son poorly. I don’t want to believe it had anything to do with race but the servicemen were all white and he’s a young black man or his age but we feel like he was definitely taken advantage of at Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram. I called to speak to the GM Anthony Santiago and/or the service manager Shaun Hamilton neither of which returned my phone calls. A guy by the name is Tony White called and tried to resolve the issue stating that my son’s conversations were hearsay and he (Tony) was present on every call made to my son about the repairs. Tell me when is there every a time when the service agent has witnesses on calls made for suggestions on repairs. (I will wait)! Journey the receptionist screened calls and continued to take messages for the GM Anthony Santiago whom never returned my calls. I never spoke with Shaun Hamilton. Our experiences here were very poor and I would never advise anyone to do business here. Fast forward, we go to pick up the car, No one comes out to assist us. Mike the lead Mechanic is in the shop, my son had previously spoke with Mike about the needed repairs to the car. Mike tells us to come back in the morning to get the car so others could assist. I live in a different state so I wanted to get this car to another shop asap. Two black salesmen were nice enough to come out, get dirty and help push that heavy Dodge Challenger on the trailer and Mike then assisted along with a car Detailer the same day. Trying to get some resolve, I emailed different people and made a complaint to the Dodge Corp which stated they only take the reports but the dealerships are individually owed and operated. The young man who took the report (I won’t name) appeared to be surprised by our turn of events. Please be careful if you decide to deal with this dealership and know “their service department is either incompetent and/or shady” you do the math! More
