About 2 months later I called back the service lady properly identified the mistake and reordered the part. In regards to my service I believe it went ok, the part was fixed and my oil change was complete- however, the mechanic didn't reset the oil life gauge, and I didn't know how to do it, so I called back the following day and the service rep walked me through it. Overall I think customer service is about 2/5 stars and I'd probably go somewhere else next time. More

Everyone was very friendly to us when we brought our vehicle in to have the oil changed. The service department was very efficient so it was a very enjoyable experience! The only problem we had i vehicle in to have the oil changed. The service department was very efficient so it was a very enjoyable experience! The only problem we had is that is when they brought out the fluid samples of the vehicle, it showed that almost all the fluids needed to be changed and the filters. A man from the service department said that they recommend you change the fluids at 30,000 miles and the filters so we ask him why didn’t they change the fluid in the filters when we bought the vehicle because we only put 5000 miles on it and bought it with 45,000 miles on it?? He really didn’t have an answer for us and said I know they should and I don’t know why they don’t but they don’t?? I guess I just don’t understand when you’re spending $20,000 on a vehicle why they would not check and change all the filters and the fluids before you buy them and when I only put 5000 miles on the vehicle and bring it in they want me to spend hundreds of dollars to have my fluids and filters changed?? To me that doesn’t make any sense does it to you?? More
