oil change, simple USB fix First off following my initial contact and reporting my issue the service center failed to order my part, as well as failed to recognize this and neve First off following my initial contact and reporting my issue the service center failed to order my part, as well as failed to recognize this and never contacted me. About 2 months later I called back the service lady properly identified the mistake and reordered the part. In regards to my service I believe it went ok, the part was fixed and my oil change was complete- however, the mechanic didn't reset the oil life gauge, and I didn't know how to do it, so I called back the following day and the service rep walked me through it. Overall I think customer service is about 2/5 stars and I'd probably go somewhere else next time. More
