Oil change I had my 1 year old with me and he was all over the place but everyone was very nice about it and understanding. Told work complete. Showed up and it wasn’t. I dropped my Jeep off to have a part replaced, have an alignment done, an inspection for a check engine light and a diagnostic to ensure the replaced I dropped my Jeep off to have a part replaced, have an alignment done, an inspection for a check engine light and a diagnostic to ensure the replaced part fixed the problem. 5 days later I was told in the morning that the work was complete. I called at lunch time with a question about the work and was told they were just wrapping up paperwork. I showed up 10 minutes before the service center closed and they were still doing work on the vehicle in the service center bay. I thought it was very strange that the status of the vehicle wasn’t what they said it was, which made me wonder why they would say it’s complete, but we’re still working on it. this gave a sneaky or dishonest appearance. Giving them the Beni fit of the doubt, I chalk this up to poor communication and time management. I am satisfied with the work done. It appears to be done correctly, which I appreciate. Overall, I’m uncomfortable with the lack of straight forward communication and timeliness of work leading my to not trust my most expensive assets to this service center. More

Great Experience! I had a great experience at this dealer. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and the service tech notice a metallic ticking coming from th I had a great experience at this dealer. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and the service tech notice a metallic ticking coming from the engine. They diagnosed the problem and were able to get it fixed. The work was covered under the power train warranty. They completed the work very quickly and my Jeep is running great. I am happy they brought this to my attention because the warranty was expiring soon. They were able to save me a lot of money!!! More

This last trip we went to to get our second key and have it programmed to our vehicle and they were very efficient . I have made a couple other reviews and they were not good at all but I do want it known that everyone was friendly and that our salesman Alex was nothing but a great salesman . He was friendly and apologize for when anything was upsetting us because it wasn’t being done . If we had any questions he did his best to answer them in if he didn’t know he went and found the answer . I’m not sure I would ever buy another vehicle from this dealership or recommend anybody to buy a vehicle from this dealership but I would recommend that they ask for Alex as a sales person if they visit this dealersship! He can’t control how everything is ran there but he did his best to answer every question we had and every concern we had! The readings I am giving are only a reflection of the last visit I was there ! My mind still has not changed and how I feel about the dealership but I want it to be known that our salesman was top-notch!!! More

Bad communication & service I had to bring my van I had bought the previous week to the dealership for tinting of my window & to put a hitch on it per my purchase agreement. I ha I had to bring my van I had bought the previous week to the dealership for tinting of my window & to put a hitch on it per my purchase agreement. I had told them that the vehicle hadn’t been detailed when we bought it & their was goo on my inside windows. They were also supposed to get me the second key to my vehicle. They agreed about everything & said they would take care of it! We arrived at 8:30am because our appointment was for 9am. We drove 60 miles to bring our vehicle in. They agreed to let us use a loaner vehicle so we wouldn’t have to sit in the dealership. They said it would take around 2-2 1/2 hours & that they would call me when it was done. It was a very cold day out so there wasn’t much to really do. (not their fault) We drove in Lawton to have breakfast, wheat shopping to many stores & when I didn’t receive any call, we decided to kill more time by going to lunch. We decided that we would return to the dealership around 1pm. . My vehicle was sitting in the parking lot with no hitch put on & nothing cleaned. When my husband went back to find out why the work hadn’t been done on it, a employee hurried up & took our vehicle into the garage area. We we’re told that they had gotten the wrong part for the hitch & that they had gotten the right one in now! We had to wait for another 3 hour for them to get the hitch put on & when we left the dealership after 4pm, nothing had been cleaned inside it & we left without the second key because they said they couldn’t find it & would have to order one... that means another trip back to Lawton to get the key & have it programmed. They were aware that they had to have this key for over a week & I had called & reminded them of it days before my appointment. Needless to say, it was a very upsetting day(AGAIN) at the dealership & no one seemed to know what was going on the entire time we were there !! I spent a entire day for something that was only supposed to take 2-2 1/2 hours. We didn’t get home from Lawton till after 5 pm & we we’re completely worn out & disappointed (AGAIN) with the service we received! I will never recommend this dealership to anyone & I will never buy another vehicle from them!! Our salesman was friendly & trying to make things right for us. (Not his fault) More
