lost in shuffle seem to get lost in all the traffic. when trucks gets moved, customer should be kept aware of where vehicle is. customer should not have go all over t seem to get lost in all the traffic. when trucks gets moved, customer should be kept aware of where vehicle is. customer should not have go all over to find repair completions. was handed keys but not where vehicle was. never should taken over 3 hours for a tune-up. poor customer service More

Great Honest service MS. Nunn was in the service department this Saturday. She has great customer service. She processed my vehicle right away. She came to tell me that MS. Nunn was in the service department this Saturday. She has great customer service. She processed my vehicle right away. She came to tell me that my air filter rubber part was falling apart and wanted me to see it. Recommended get it changed but it could still work but may cause problems later. I made my next appointment for Saturday to get that taken care of. I appreciate the honesty and not pushing me to fix it right now. If it was the brakes that's a different story. More

Shakes my head in disgust 1. Didn't know I had a hot spot on my rotors which was causing the squeaking 2. Left the oil plug loose on my truck. Its been leaking from Oklahoma t 1.
