I spent more than a 1,000 for a problem that apparently was fix but after have pick my jeep up the issue still hasn’t been fixed. Definitely not recommending you shop for any type of service. More

They up sale things that can be done by the customer and if you are a female customer they make you feel like you need to have them do the job and make you feel incapable. Did not have a good experience with Jessica. I called last thursday asking for the soonest appointment, and she scheduled me at 7am. I also asked to confirm my oil filter was on hand since i hav I called last thursday asking for the soonest appointment, and she scheduled me at 7am. I also asked to confirm my oil filter was on hand since i have a toyota, and she told me it was. i showed up at 7am and did not get checked in until 7:20. At 7:30, I was told that they do not have my filter and i would either have to wait until a store opened at 8 or reschedule. I drove all the way across town and was late to work over this, and still had to reschedule. it was a waste of time that could have been avoided with proper communication. Barbra did her best to mend my experience and I do appreciate her for that. More
