Did not have a good experience with Jessica. I called last thursday asking for the soonest appointment, and she scheduled me at 7am. I also asked to confirm my oil filter was on hand since i hav I called last thursday asking for the soonest appointment, and she scheduled me at 7am. I also asked to confirm my oil filter was on hand since i have a toyota, and she told me it was. i showed up at 7am and did not get checked in until 7:20. At 7:30, I was told that they do not have my filter and i would either have to wait until a store opened at 8 or reschedule. I drove all the way across town and was late to work over this, and still had to reschedule. it was a waste of time that could have been avoided with proper communication.
