The entrance for the service department is not appealing. Walking inside of the service area itself between stacked tires and the wall doesn't seem real safe. The oil drain plug was not tightened (hand tight). I had to tighten the plug myself and clean excess oil from the oil pan, oil filter, and undercarriage. Lost about a quart of oil. Was notified of the inspection at 10:35am. Never was notified of completion. Just showed up around noon to pick it up. Will likely do the work myself next time.
