I scheduled services for 0830, after which you had two lifts break. But somehow my vehicle didn't make it on the lift at all for an entire day. I enjoy your services as they are usually top notch work. However when big delays are going to occur it would be best to reschedule a visit than just have a vehicle sit on your back lot. More
