Shaun and all the people in the service department went above and beyond, to make sure everything was perfect. The team always stayed in contact with us, kept us up to date, made sure any questions or conc above and beyond, to make sure everything was perfect. The team always stayed in contact with us, kept us up to date, made sure any questions or concerns were answered, and then did an outstanding job servicing and repairing our vehicle. From the management down, the culture was an inviting, friendly and knowledgeable team. I definitely recommend Lawton CJD for any services to everyone. They were a 10/10! More

Tried to charge 1500+ for battery & brakes and parts wouldn’t even touch 500. To their credit they did give a loaner but told me they already had parts in stock before I ever had taken them the vehicle wouldn’t even touch 500. To their credit they did give a loaner but told me they already had parts in stock before I ever had taken them the vehicle and it still took nearly 2 months. Battery isn’t bad either. Haven’t had any problems with the battery before or since getting it back. Also wouldn’t give me an estimate for things I wanted done but instead tried to sell me on things I didn’t need. Didn’t provide the inspection sheet like they were supposed to either. More

I'm not sure but so far I have had only 2 issues and 1 of it is really unresolved and had me reconsider not ever purchasing a vehicle from you'll ever again. It was about a head rest for one of the rear seat it is really unresolved and had me reconsider not ever purchasing a vehicle from you'll ever again.
