I had the worst experience with getting my 2014 durago repaired which i had an extended warranty that covered everything. Something that should have taken 8-9 hours took a month and a half with bad custom repaired which i had an extended warranty that covered everything. Something that should have taken 8-9 hours took a month and a half with bad customer service and prejudice. They gave my vehicle a bad oil leak and had to go in for a second time to have it fixed and after the second time it still was not fixed and then againd didnt show the inspector the correct part that needed to be repaired the second time they came to look at my vehicle. Which in turn made my warranty expire within their care and did not submit all the work that needed to be done to my vehicle. i took my vehicle to lawton kia which they were the one to fix my oil leak which lawton chrysler jeep dodge ram created when there was no oil leak to begin with. On top of that 2 of the staff were rude which one also slammed the office door to where it shook the whole building after i asked her questions about my vehicle. There is so much more i can say and should say about my experience but ill leave it at that for now. I will never go back to this place ever again until there is competent, respectable, and knowledgeable staffing. More
