The costumer service at the dealership is excellent. They are polite and professional. The services themselves are usually done in a timely manner. However, my initial problem with my vehicle has still not been resolved. I originally requested for a transmission service to help with my jeep’s shaking and jerking at lower gears and braking. That did not solve my problem. I was also advised to get my fuel injectors cleaned at the time, which I got done as well. Nothing so far had improved my vehicle. Two days after the transmission service, I asked them to check the vehicle again. The dealership ran a diagnostic service on my jeep. I was told by the auto mechanic that the problem was due to my tires that where wearing down unevenly from the front struts. The struts needed to be replaced. So I bought the parts and setup the appointment to get them changed. That service was two days ago. I left the dealership parking lot with the same problem with my jeep. So I feel like the mechanics are guessing at the problem. The extra services have just added to my expenses with no benefit. And I am still looking a solution. More

We’re very flexible in getting the car in the shop. The cruise control was broken. Called when it was completed and called back later to reinsure my vehicle was working properly. Great service.
