Vehicle key was not returned to owner. Apparently service tech left it on the exterior windshield. Vehicle was started by technician and driven off by owner unaware that the key was not in the vehic service tech left it on the exterior windshield. Luckily the key wedged under the passenger side wiper assembly instead of falling off as the owner was returning home.
