A+++++ service department I get treated like I a queen every time I need something done. I bought new tires, but was not able to drop off my car...no problem. While the service was expensive, she made sure to detail every service item needed related to the issue I had with the vehicle. She was trust worthy and very understanding. Amanda explained what would be done to the vehicle and what it would cost. No surprise billing! Kia of Lawton returned my vehicle to me in a very clean condition. She made certain that I knew all Kia offered in service and that experience and service was available in all makes and models of all vehicles. My Kia Sedona has 147,000 miles. I have always taken it to Kia of Lawton for service. I appreciate and have always been impressed with the professional service, friendliness and welcoming spirit. Kia Service As always my service at Lawton Kia was stellar. I called the morning of and asked if I could schedule a time to get my oil changed and my brakes done As always my service at Lawton Kia was stellar. I called the morning of and asked if I could schedule a time to get my oil changed and my brakes done and they told me to come on in. They gave me a ride home so I wouldn't be at the service center all day. Barbara called to let me know everything that needed to happen, and because KIA has been faithful with me in the past about not charging me for extra work before I trusted her. Even though the price tag was a bit bigger then I had hoped, I am pleased with the assurance that my car is going to last that much longer. At the end because the car was not quite done with the detailing, Barbara herself was out there in a dress washing my car to get it done.. talk about above and beyond! I love Barbara and I love Lawton Kia. More
