I was deceived about the cost of warranties, I was deceived by the finance manager Carly about canceling the warranties, and the general manager, Tad should be fired. Not only does Tad condone this behavior. I believe he fosters it.. My opinion that the dealership is stole $12,000 from me, and I will be pursuing the state of Michigan’s consumer fraud protection laws. Buyer beware read all the negative reviews and you will see how they really are. Most people write reviews the day they get the vehicles or while they’re sitting in the office and never follow up.
