BEST Car Buying Experience Ever! I wanted to drop a quick note to you to let you know that I am very pleased with the experience of my most recent purchase of a new Honda CRV from you I wanted to drop a quick note to you to let you know that I am very pleased with the experience of my most recent purchase of a new Honda CRV from your salesman, Robert Lewis Thompson. I came into the showroom as I was interested in looking at one particular vehicle. Robert greeted me in the showroom with a smile and asked if I needed any help. I explained which specific vehicle I wanted to look at and he knew exactly which vehicle it was and and brought it around front for me to take a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about all the options on the SUV and asked me if I had any questions he could answer. A very nice experience. The business part of the transaction was equally enjoyable. Since I had already done my homework I knew what I was willing to pay for the vehicle and what my trade was worth. I made the offers for what I felt were fair prices and Robert then reached out to the new and used car managers and received the approvals. Since I had already received preapproval from my bank, the final transaction ended up being a straight forward deal. Picking up the car was great too! Robert was organized, efficient which made the whole process top notch. I have bought several new cars over my many years of driving and have to say, this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I had spoken to a couple of other salesmen at other dealerships and they attempted to steer me into a vehicle I wasn't interested in and tried to pressure me into a deal that wasn't in my best interest. Not cool. Robert was respectful, informed and invested. I have two adult children who also drive Honda's.
