My sales consultant was great until I came to pick-up my vehicle. Upon arrival, the car had not had the gas filled. After signing the paperwork, my belongings, jacket, water bottle, and paperwork were pushed to the side and new customers brought in. My dealer pawned us onto another dealer, never thanked us or shook our hands etc. About an hour after signing the papers, she walked by us and said “oh you are still here?” ands kept walking. What was supposed to be “sign the papers and be on your way” became a two and a half hour ordeal. The gas card couldn’t be located. Then the vehicle registration was missing. I felt like I was made to feel important up to the signing of the paperwork but then moved to the side for the next deal. It’s a shame because I have always felt good about my car purchases in the past but felt very frustrated and unappreciated at this one. More

Engine noise The service team at Honda went above and beyond to diagnose a noise that was only coming from a cold start. The service manager, Jim, thought it would be best to keep it overnight and try in the morning after failed attempts. After giving me a car to take home so I was not inconvenienced, they were able to hear the noise and fix it with no issue. More
