Dealership won't fix non-working bluetooth phone option I purchased a 2014 Honda Ridgeline - I choose this model because the bluetooth phone option, wanting to hands free and safe when driving. The sales re I purchased a 2014 Honda Ridgeline - I choose this model because the bluetooth phone option, wanting to hands free and safe when driving. The sales rep Carmelo my sales rep pointed out that this model had the bluetooth hands free feature, admittedly it was an after market model. I picked the vehicle up yesterday neither myself or Carmelo could get the option to work. I took delivery of the car and was told to bring the vehicle to the local shop (auto specialist) that installs these items for the dealership. Auto Specialist could not get it to work either and advised the dealership they would need to replace the unit. The dealership says there is nothing they can do for me and had auto specialist call me to tell me this. They could not even call me themselves? sup wit dat! If the dealer wants to call me, this is Steve MacDonald - look me up in your data base, dont want to give number here. More
