Personal service I can't say enough great things about the service at Carbone Honda. Because I drop off my car early, I usually have Jon as my service advisor. He even I can't say enough great things about the service at Carbone Honda. Because I drop off my car early, I usually have Jon as my service advisor. He even remembers my name! He knows I like to take care of things on my own if I can (for example, changing cabin filters), and advises the technician accordingly. You can tell Jon actually cares about the customers he serves. As for the service at Carbone Honda in general, the technicians are clean (they even clean the dashboard when they scrape off the inspection stickers!), honest and dependable. I highly recommend this service department for those things you can't, or don't want to, do yourself. More
