We were met pretty quickly by TJ who gave us great detail as to the features of the van. He accommodated us in allowing to transfer 3 carseats and children so we could go for a test drive. Purchasing a vehicle was a big step for me, after 17 ½ years of owning a 2000 Mercury Villager Van, I made the decision to purchase a new car. After much research I decided I wanted to buy a 2017 Honda CR-V EX-L. I had mixed feelings about visiting Honda Carbone in Yorkville, NY in person after my recent frustration with their internet team. I had requested information and several quotes on vehicles that they had in their inventory. The initial contact was good, but three days had passed and I still didn’t receive an answer to my questions. However, from the moment I walked into the dealership Jason made me believe that I was the best customer that he ever had. He delivered exceptional, personalized service – he used my name at every opportunity, answered all of my questions thoroughly, was attentive to my needs and wants, listened to my concerns and feedback, and most importantly for me…maintained communication and follow through throughout the entire process.
