I went to test drive a vehicle with no intention of buying, I just wanted to make sure before putting further effort into looking to it that I would like it. When we finished test driving he handed me his card & sent me on the way. I was back 2-3 hours later initiating the buy process because I had such a good experience talking with him. In the past I’ve felt almost held hostage after a test drive. I love my explorer & do not regret my decision! I also worked with Daniel for finance & he really Listened to my concerns on where I wanted to keep my payment while giving me the best options that worked for me.
