I normally dread buying cars because sales people and the finance department tend to be pushy. Lebanon Ford was the complete opposite. Bryan Pence was ours salesman and he was amazing. He made us feel so comfortable. We wanted to take the weekend to think on it and the manager offered to let us take the truck home until Monday. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Negotiating was easy and when we came back to purchase the truck we were in and out in 45 minutes. The Finance manager, Jenny, was also great, and again we didn't feel pressure to purchase anything extra. We will definitely be customers for life. More
