From the first phone call, to signing the the last piece of paper and getting handed the keys was so easy. Everyone that I worked with was so nice and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions and if they didn't have it, they would find the answer promptly. I wasn't the easiest customer to sell a car to, my schedule is very hectic, but I was able to make it in on a Monday night 20 minutes from closing and we were able to make the deal and now I've made friends for life and don't plan on buying a car anywhere else.
