I custom ordered my Escape in October and it arrived at Lebanon Ford near the end This is a follow-u to my earlier review of my purchase experience. I custom ordered my Escape in October and it arrived at Lebanon Ford near the end of November. Kathy Wells, our Sales Representative coordinated the all the activities around our financing and the delivery of the vehicle. She is extremely responsive, answering all my questions quickly. The delivery of the vehicle was one of the smoothest processes I have experienced, from inspecting the vehicle, finalizing the financing paperwork, to educating us on the vehicle technology. This is care buying done right! One last note, my specialize car mats arrived a few hours after I took delivery of my car. Kathy went out her way to save me a trip to the dealership by bringing the mats to my home. That is service! Don't waste your time going to other dealerships. Drive a couple of extra miles to Lebanon Ford, find Kathy and enjoy the experience. More

After talking to the closer dealership and not feeling a connection with the salesperson I decided to look at other options. I talked to Frank Kudlac at Lebanon Ford in Ohio and found what I was looking for. Frank to the time to listen to what I wanted and make some great suggestions on my build. Not only did I get an awesome vehicle but truly believe I have a new friend. Everyone from the mechanic to the owner of the dealership was awesome. Shout out to Charlie, Josh and Kyle. I flew to Ohio instead of having it delivered to personally say thank you. The car came out fantastic and the whole experience was incredible. So again, thank you to everyone who made this possible.
