Dream truck becomes reality After dreaming about getting a new truck for 2yrs. I decided to finally start looking seriously. I actually stopped a guy at a grocery store and asked After dreaming about getting a new truck for 2yrs. I decided to finally start looking seriously. I actually stopped a guy at a grocery store and asked about his F-150 because it was so sharp! He said he had purchased it at Lebanon Ford, they put the package together( lift kit, etc.) and that Kathy Wells was who I should ask for. Three months later I saw a truck on their website that I thought might be the one for me so my wife and I went down there to see it. It was a very nice truck but TOO lifted! Kathy said "no problem", we went into the showroom and she proceeded to search for exactly what I needed in a truck. Then she calls over Russell Merten " custom truck guru" and he showed me exactly what he could turn my basic truck into while explaining in detail the pros and cons of every choice. My truck came in the next day from another dealer, I test drove it..loved it..and they shipped it away to be customized. Eight (agonizing..lol) days later it was ready but I was at work! Once again Kathy said "no problem" and they delivered my truck personally to my residence. I cannot say enough good things about the way we were treated and the personal touch that these two gave in finding and creating my "dream truck"!!! More

That may sound patronizing but with many dealer to choose from, to come back to Lebanon Ford and Kevin signifies he took the time to understand what kind of driving we were expecting and matched the model Fusion to our needs. We were not expecting to leave the dealer in a new car but we did. As a measure of the character of the dealer and Kevin, I received a phone call very late in the day from Kevin who informed me that they had not processed a Ford Rebate we were eligible for. I never would have known of this if he had not called. This is what we have learned to expect from Lebanon Ford and Kevin.
