Never gave up! This is the second vehicle I have bought from Brant and Lebanon Ford in 2 months and I won't go anywhere else. This time I purchased a 2017 superduty and had a very specific option list. There were maybe only 10 in the whole country with the options I wanted. Brant and the team at Lebanon Ford spent hours and days calling trying to find one. And as usual they came through. New F-150 Purchased Charlie was very helpful in finding the exact truck we needed. Charlie knows what farmers are looking for since he is from a farm family. He would not sell a vehicle unless it was useful to you and keeps your best interest when selling one to you. Thank You Charlie we really like our new truck and it will be very useful in our travels. We also purchased a F-250 a year ago and it is very useful on the farm. More

Excellent customer service! I made an appointment for a recall repair for 8:30 a.m. on Veteran's Day. I arrived at 7:30 a.m. and was immediately greeted by service writer Ro I made an appointment for a recall repair for 8:30 a.m. on Veteran's Day. I arrived at 7:30 a.m. and was immediately greeted by service writer Robert Stamper. He checked me in and I also asked them to check the battery since I had to jump start it in the morning. I was advised that the work would take a few hours and before I could make it to the waiting area; Robert advised me that the battery check did in fact fail. I told him to replace the battery with the best one they had. At approximately 8:20 a.m.; Robert came into the waiting room to advise me that the work was complete! Fuel pump module and new battery in less than one hour. I am impressed but not surprised. I have been a loyal Lebanon Ford customer since I purchased my first truck from them back in 2007 and have never looked back. Their sales and service are well above average.
