There was no high pressure sales pitch, they were fair on the trade in value, and he was within my budget without me disclosing it in the first place. Great family experience We were very particular on the vehicle we were searching for. We called multiple dealerships with questions and clarifications. Most were helpful, but when we contacted Lebanon Ford, we were immediately emailed by Tim Flanagan. Upon calling him, he bent overbackwards to answer our questions and arrange for a test drive. The philosophy of "customer first" was readily apparent. We did not feel the normal pressure of buying a car at this dealership. The paperwork process was also excellent and took into account our three boys at the same time (cartoons, water and treats). In all, this was an excellent experience. I recommend their dealership to anyone interested. More

An absolute pleasure to work with!!! We were planning on "just looking" and was very surprised that we were not "hounded" as soon as we got out of the car like most car dealers do. Great experience We had been looking for a truck for awhile when we came across Lebanon Ford's website. We found the truck exactly the way we had been wanting it outfi We had been looking for a truck for awhile when we came across Lebanon Ford's website. We found the truck exactly the way we had been wanting it outfitted! We contacted Lebanon and was immediately in contact with Brandt, we told him the truck we were looking at and that we wanted an out the door price. We live about 2 hrs away so communication was done via phone. Brandt called back within a couple hours and the price was a little higher than what we wanted to pay so we gave him the price we had in mind and he made it happen. Not once was he ever pushy or aggressive which is a plus in my book! Originally we was suppose to pick the truck up and sign papers on Saturday but it was much more convenient for us to pick the truck up on Friday which happened to be Brandt's day off. Upon arrival at Lebanon we were informed Brandt was on his way in, on his day off, which says a lot within itself. He was very thorough with explaining different options to us until finance was ready for us. Jenny in finance was wonderful with making us feel at home and answering all of our questions so that we were comfortable with the paperwork we was signing. All around this was a great experience!
