A Great First Time Buyer Experience My previous vehicle, a 1999 Honda Civic DX with 310,000 miles, became unreliable and one Friday morning before work, the transmission went out. I had owned the car for 6 years and put more money into annual upkeep than I paid for the car. Needless to say, it was time for a new vehicle. I was pressed for time and needed to find another means of transportation over the weekend. I've always dreaded going into a dealership and working with a car salesperson, due to my only experiences being what I had seen in TV shows or movies. The stigma was real for me, but luckily I had close friends that recommended me to contact Charlie Watson at Lebanon Ford. I had met Charlie previously, which helped ease that stigma a bit. Even if I had never met him before, he has the personality of someone you've known your entire life. I was very happy that he was available that next Saturday morning to work with me in finding something to meet my needs. I met with Charlie and immediately I was impressed with how he handled that responsibility. We went over everything from budget to my picky package wants. Niko assisted us with assessing what my best option would be as far as buying/leasing a new vehicle and I made my decision. I went with a new 2016 Ford Fusion. Zack finalized the paperwork and handed me the keys to my new car! It was so special...Niko, Josh, and Charlie stayed after hours to hand detail my new car. They did a really great job! I did have to tell them they missed a few spots, but I won't hold that against them. My overall experience was very educational and lifted the stigma I had of dealing with a salesperson in a dealership. Thank you Lebanon Ford, I will be seeing you when I am ready for my next one!
