Amazed and in awe from the Show Me State! We have been looking for a new truck for several month's now. 2 yes 2 different dealerships blew us off in our own area and local state. So after watching a really awesome video about the Hellcat vs Mustang we knew this was the dealership we needed to contact. Never ever did we expect to meet such a great guy and be treated so importantly. Through this whole transaction he assured us he'd find the perfect vehicle and match it with financing. After having an amazing time at Woodward Cruise and Mustang II reunion and meeting the engineer's we headed straight to Lebanon Ford. Russell worked all day Sat and Sunday as if we were the only people on earth. After arriving and meeting him in person we were excited. I'm happy to say we are on our way home in our beautiful BRAND NEW F250!!!!! Russell is who I will drive 7 hours to deal with for myself and my family. And Jenny in financing got us on tbe road very quickly bc she knew we had a long drive. She is excellent at explaining and had us laughing. She is extremely sweet and kind. She is who I'd recommend for financing. Russell is our go to guy Couldn't get a nicer guy who knows what he's doing. A+++++ More

Bryan Hoying solves problems, gets the job done When I went to Lebanon Ford my intention was to buy a used Dodge truck for cash. However, despite a couple of attempts, the lowest price Bryan could g When I went to Lebanon Ford my intention was to buy a used Dodge truck for cash. However, despite a couple of attempts, the lowest price Bryan could go was still just above what I had available. Bryan suggested I could make a down payment and finance the rest. I told him "No way". I had a financial catastrophe a few years ago and my credit got wrecked. I mentioned to Bryan that I had spent several years paying down the debts. I told him how I when I finally could get credit cards they came with really high interest rates. I kept those cards paid down, continued paying on my debt, and eventually was able to get cards with somewhat better interest rates. Bryan said he wanted to try for financing; I didn't have anything to lose and I really loved the truck so I told him to go ahead, obviously not expecting much. Bryan came through. I was shocked. Right now the truck is sitting in my driveway and I still can't believe he figured out how to make it happen. It is one thing to say Bryan got me in a truck, or that he got me in a very nice truck that I really wanted to buy. But the most important thing that happened that day was not that I got a truck (a very nice truck) but that I got an auto loan to continue rebuilding my credit. That potential outcome was one that I had not even dreamed possible when I left my house to go to Lebanon Ford. I cannot tell you how excited I am about the opportunity to continue improving my credit. If he had gotten me in a lesser vehicle, but got me a loan, I would have been happy to get a shot at improving my credit. There is a certain amount of dignity that comes with improving your credit score. The least thing Bryan did that day was sell me a truck. The main thing he did was go out of his way to reach out and help someone up , enabling my financial comeback to continue. For the truck, I am happy. For Bryan taking an interest in my personal situation and helping me get a loan that will benefit me for years to come- I am immensely grateful. I would not think of buying a car anywhere else, nor would I recommend anyone but Bryan. More
