I'll never go any where else! For my first car I had gone to another dealership and it wasn't a great experience. My mom decided to take me up to Lebanon Ford a couple months later because they had such a great experience with my other sister when she got her first car. I went in to the dealership expecting to have to settle again because I just assumed that's all I could do from the way the other dealership treated me. We came for Kathy but because she had a bunch of other happy customers she took us to Brant. I left with a brand new all black Ford Escape. I could not be happier with my car. Brant listened to me on what I wanted and made it work! Everyone there was so genuinely kind, not fake or pushy. I did not expect to leave with a 2017 car but I did! I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. These people truly care about you and your happiness with your purchase. More

Another good experience I've bought a number of vehicles over the years from Lebanon Ford, most of them through Freeda Floyd who is a fantastic sales consultant. She is not pushy, but instead is very professional and helpful and works hard to make sure the process of buying flows quickly. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and the service department has always been great to work with. Paperwork is quick to complete and I feel like they understand that my time is valuable too. Pricing and trade-in values are usually pretty fair right out of the gate...not like other dealerships that really low-ball a trade value...it doesn't require nearly as much effort to negotiate a good deal at Lebanon Ford. And although I've had a couple instances where small financing "tricks" have been done to slightly enhance dealership profit, every dealership does it and most dealerships do it far worse and far more often than this dealership (e.g. Bob Pulte down the road from Lebanon Ford is horrible at this). I'm talking about things like mark-ups in interest rate, telling you a rate can be lower if you buy a service contract, etc., but also other dealerships can be very pushy about this too, and Lebanon Ford isn't. Bottom line, Lebanon Ford truly pulls off the small-town dealership feel while still having a huge selection of vehicles available and giving you pricing that will match - and probably easily beat - any other Ford dealership around. It feels like they truly value your business and your time, and it is very easy to deal with them. More
