Best car buying experience I've ever had! I recently had a terrible experience at another local Ford Dealership. I told my Dad about my experience and he immediately recommended Charlie Watso I recently had a terrible experience at another local Ford Dealership. I told my Dad about my experience and he immediately recommended Charlie Watson. I contacted Charlie and told him what I was looking for. He found exactly what I was looking for in a short amount of time. He requested the car from another dealership and it was there within the week for me to pick up. When I went to the dealership to pick up the car, the entire process was so smooth! After meeting with Charlie to go over the specifics of the car, he handed me off to the tech guy who showed me everything inside the car. Once I came back into the dealership, Zack in the finance department grabbed me and took care of the signing, etc. And that was it. Such a smooth transaction and everyone I dealt with had a smile on their faces. Other salesmen who would walk through said hello to me. Everyone was so friendly. After purchasing the car, I had the car serviced for the protection package. I was set up with a rental car and the work was done within the day. The car is beautiful. More
