I was treated with respect in every aspect of the negotiations, and I'm very happy with my 2017 Escape! We talked about family and life etc., but also about trucks. His knowledge was above and beyond what we expected. This dealership is the best dealership we have ever dealt with (and we have dealt with many). Not only was Bryan the best but then we met Russell whom was just fantastic and then after we purchased the truck we had a young man (forgot his name) show us how the entire truck ran and how all the electronics worked. We were shocked with all this detail. Then at the dreaded finance part we met Jenny and once again very impressed with the friendliness and painless ease of this process Thanks all. You Rock More

Good experience, awesome truck! I went into Lebanon Ford to shop for a new F150. I had previously looked on the Internet at several of the local Ford dealers and saw the truck I lik I went into Lebanon Ford to shop for a new F150. I had previously looked on the Internet at several of the local Ford dealers and saw the truck I liked at Lebanon Ford. I met with Tom Nickell, he was very professional , not pushy and to the point without wasting time. I did not make a deal that night which was not a big deal to them. After going home to think about it and was able to sell my vehicle, I was ready to make the deal. When I arrived and took a walk around the vehicle, I noticed some blemishes in the paint. We looked at it together and agreed that this was a factory defect and they would try to find another in the area. Unfortunately I had to go home without a new vehicle. Turns out they were able to fix the problem and had the vehicle ready to go the following day. Because of the inconvenience , they made me a great deal! I am very happy with my experience. More
