I won't go into details about why I ended up back because that really isn't the point of this review. I'll just say that it WAS NOT due to any malfunctions of the vehicle I purchased a month ago. Just a rare circumstance. What I would like to say is this. These people go over and beyond to make sure you are happy during your visit and before you leave. From the moment I walked in the door that morning I never once felt like I was not welcome. A month had passed by and they remembered me. Felt like I was reuniting with ole friends. I was a little nervous to speak to Jeremy and Niko about my request but that went away as soon as I sat down at Jeremy ' s desk. They both spoke kindly and listened to me. Made good eye contact and took my request seriously. I can't stand it when people can't look you in the eye while holding conversation. (My Dad always said that if a man can't look you in the eye while talking to you then ya can't trust them) lol. Once I had made my request, Jeremy went to work right away. I was sitting in the truck I wanted within 30 minutes of walking in the doors. Everyone in that showroom was smiling and greeted my son and myself with respect and courtesy. I am one very satisfied and Happy customer. These people are classy yet humble. Professional yet down to earth and friendly. Nothing worse than walking into a "stuffy" atmosphere. Not the case here at all. I can hear the ole theme song from the 80's sitcom CHEERS playing in my head while I'm writing this... "Sometimes ya wanna go where everybody knows your name" .. lol Extraordinary experience, extraordinary people! More

Krista worked with me to get a better than expected vehicle, with low miles at a great price! Niko McCllean and Greg Fiessinger made the experience as a first time, on my own car buyer easy and super helpful! The staff was excellent in customer service and went above and beyond my expectations! They even helped to get me financed for the vehicle my heart was set on! I was nervous about this experience but they provided a comfortable atmosphere and made this a great experience for me! I would recommend Lebanon Ford to any of my friends and family! More
