Stress Relief I am a single mom and when my reliable dodge magnum finally had to be put to rest I was at a lost as to what vehicle I wanted to replace it with. Bei I am a single mom and when my reliable dodge magnum finally had to be put to rest I was at a lost as to what vehicle I wanted to replace it with. Being a single mom I was on a budget but didn't want to get a car that I also wasn't fully safe in. After weeks of researching and looking online I went to the Lebanon Ford dealership and spoke to Brant Benson. He did a fantastic job of going through my options and working with me and my budget. He even did a great job at helping me get to a monthly payment that was affordable when I live 30 mins away from the dealership. He sent me pictures and called me so I didn't have to keep coming to the dealership. Being a single mom I had to bring my 8 year old son with me for when I did go to the dealership. Everyone was super friendly to him even when he set up camp with the ipad against the wall. They offered him drinks and snacks. It made my visits less stressful. Josh Hipp also did a great job at going over the accessories and how much they would add to my monthly cost. Got me some all weather mats, a cargo mat for the back, and a auto car starter all added on for only $15 extra a month :) I thought that it was pretty sweet that they had workers that were designated directly to teaching people about the technology in their new vehicle. Jacob Hoying went through all the bells and whistles that were installed in my Escape. He was very smart and polite. I've had my 2017 Ford Escape SE for two days now and I'm so happy.
